Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI)
CHCI focuses on early detection, diagnosis and treatment of conditions; disease prevention; and health promotion. CHCI offers medical services on a sliding-fee scale, but no patients are refused care, regardless of their inability to pay. It serves as the entry point into the health care delivery system for many of its users through its eight service sites including Mary Mahoney Memorial Health Center, Mary Mahoney Memorial Health Center at Langston, Central Oklahoma Healthy Start Initiative, and Healing Hands Healthcare for the Homeless
Oklahoma City County Health Department (OCCHD)
OCCHD is the city-county health department and provides a range of medical services to the community including child health and guidance, adult and WIC services, in addition to its other public health functions.
OCCHD serves county residents at seven sites geographically located throughout the county.
Variety Health Center (VHC)
VHC is a community health clinic that provides maternal and child health care to low-income families.  It offers pediatric medical services, obstetrics, and family planning and is the third largest provider of WIC services in the state of Oklahoma.  These services are provided to patients based on income.  However, no patient is ever refused care, regardless of their ability to pay. Services are provided at sites located in Downtown and SW Oklahoma City, and Mid-Del, at the Tinker Diagonal.
